We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance on a case-by-case basis. In the event of an emergency, you will miss out on a dream holiday at Cristallo***, but you will be protected against any costs incurred. With this certainty, you can reserve your room without worry. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following cancellation conditions apply in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code

• Cancellation up to 21 days before the agreed arrival date: termination of the accommodation contract without payment of a cancellation fee
• between 20 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date: 30% of the total price
• between 14 and 8 days before the agreed arrival date: 50% of the total price
• between 7 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date: 70% of the total price
• between 3 days and 1 day before the agreed arrival date: 90% of the total price
• for cancellations on the day of arrival, non-acceptance without cancellation, late arrival, early departure 95% of the agreed total price
